Another indication tht I am getting old-cause I totally lied yesterday and that is the way it is... it HAPPENS!!!

My adrenaline starts from toes and head up to the top of head.... I start shake.... I know I am in trouble...... I get angry.... I have been really good these days about just letting things roll down off back........ and taking a deep breathe... but SOMETIMES there are things that just plainly tick me OFF!!!!!

That happened yesterday!

BUT it was on facebook regarding my posts about ORPHANS.... negative comments, annoyed comments...

I TOTALLY forgot!!!! I got RICANFIED and posted how irritated I was.....

BUT not in general!
